由啟迪控股旗下啟迪融智基金和啟迪陽明基金領(lǐng)投的蘇州諾存微電子在2019年第九十三屆中國電子（CEF）展上亮相，諾存微電子團(tuán)隊(duì)主導(dǎo)研發(fā)的國內(nèi)首批Octa-SPI/Quad-SPI含DTR功能的高速NOR閃存芯片新品一經(jīng)發(fā)布，便引起了業(yè)界人士和專業(yè)觀眾的高度關(guān)注。

本次諾存發(fā)布的三款產(chǎn)品，采用Octa-/Quad-SPI DTR高速接口技術(shù)，引腳少, SOP16、SOP8 或 BGA24封裝，屬國內(nèi)首創(chuàng);與傳統(tǒng)SPI NOR完全兼容，但速度快16倍，可輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)替換SPI NOR，是汽車、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工業(yè)、消費(fèi)電子等應(yīng)用的最佳選擇。


國家工信部電子司副司長(zhǎng)吳勝武蒞臨參觀指導(dǎo)，對(duì)公司及產(chǎn)品情況進(jìn)行深入了解，諾存微電子就高速NOR閃存系列進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品展示。吳勝武對(duì)諾存微電子專注發(fā)展國內(nèi)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的閃存芯片表示支持和鼓勵(lì)，未來希望諾存微電子能有所突破，更上一層樓。
